Problem Summary

Need to investigate the following requirements:
1. Saved Analysis Views don't save the user chosen currency anymore.
2. To rephrase, when a user saves a view with euros or pounds and goes back later to it, the saved views are showing as $ values.
3. To help, a view was created in Analysis within Lisa Noden’s access, and is labelled Test 10.03.14.

Detailed Problem Description

- Saved Analysis Views don't save the user chosen currency anymore.
- To rephrase, when a user saves a view with euros or pounds and goes back later to it, the saved views are showing as $ values.
- To help, a view was created in Analysis within Lisa Noden’s access, and is labelled Test 10.03.14.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

---

- Created a new analysis view with currency parameter on different Multiprovider.
- Saved the Analysis View with GDP values, however the Saved view is showing $ values.
- This issue looks like product behavior for this version of BI 4.0 SP4.

Resolution

---

- Identify the service pack and upgrade our environment to that version.
- Issue resolved by NEC counterpart.
